At G FUEL, we want to ensure you are fully energized and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, items in their original, unopened condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your G FUEL tubs, packs, or shakers are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA number inside the box before shipping the package to our designated returns facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
